About these terms

By using mkshawls.com or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy, Returns & Refunds and Delivery & Shipping pages.

Products

We describe and photograph our shawls as accurately as we can. Because many pieces are woven and finished by hand, small differences in colour and texture are natural. Colours may also look slightly different on different screens.

Prices

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (Rs). We may change prices at any time, but the price you pay is the price shown when you placed your order. If we make an obvious pricing mistake, we will contact you before dispatch.

Orders

After you order, we may call or WhatsApp you to confirm. We may cancel an order if an item is out of stock, if we cannot confirm the order, or if we suspect misuse. If you have already paid, we refund you in full.

Payment

We accept cash on delivery and direct bank transfer.

Delivery and returns

Delivery is covered on our Delivery & Shipping page, and returns on our Returns & Refunds page.

Wholesale

Wholesale prices, quantities and terms are agreed separately with each buyer.
